Stay on board or Hop On and Off for 8 hours. Vehicles depart from the designated stops listed below every hour. With your Hop On Hop Off ticket, you will experience a 1 1/2 hour narrated tour that covers Chicago's downtown. Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

For every booking you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the Box Office. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers. This tour or service can be booked on the day of your travel date.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. In the event the Tour is canceled the ticket fee may be refunded.

Weather and traffic: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather and traffic conditions. No refunds due to traffic delays or lost ticket. Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
